Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract in New Zealand. We may request age verification and suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified.

3) Social casino only (no gambling)

• The Service is entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling.
• No cash-out: you cannot redeem anything from the Service for money, cryptocurrency, or items of real-world value.
• No prizes of value are awarded through gameplay.

4) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches, fraud, or security risk.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, bots, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Exploiting bugs, manipulating outcomes, or attempting to gain unfair advantage.
• Harassment, unlawful content, or violating others’ rights.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual items/currency.

6) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual currency/items have no real-world value, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and provided as a limited licence.
• They may expire or be modified; balances are not a bank account or stored value.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors, fraud, or policy breaches.

7) In-app purchases (optional)

• Some features may be purchased. Prices are shown at checkout (including any applicable taxes/fees as presented).
• Purchases are processed by your app store/payment provider; their terms may apply.

8) Refunds & chargebacks

• All sales are final unless required by New Zealand law or the relevant app store/payment provider’s refund policy.
• If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs, we may suspend access and/or remove purchased virtual currency/items until resolved.

9) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the Service, software, content, and trademarks. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only.

10) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot exclude under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable) or liability for fraud.

11) Disputes & governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-product notice or by posting an updated version). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
